AMC Block 11

- located across a number of major geological features, prolific for Gold and Base Metals exploration.
- cross-cut by the Nakasib suture zone, that separate two main Terranes, and underlain the Ariab belt, the Oko Shear zone in Shulai area, and a probable high strain zone oriented NS, with remnants of Mafic-Ultramafic bodies.
- The recent artisanal activities as well as geochemistry of stream sediment, tends to demonstrate that the whole Bloc 11 is prospective, and that some of the large places have been down looked by AMC.
Part of Arabian Nubian Shield (ANS)
  • Precambrian crystalline rocks that mostly Neoproterozoic in age.
  • Basement Complexes rich in mineralization
  • man's earliest geological efforts: Gold extraction by Kushite (Sudanese) & Pharos pre historic kingdoms.

AMC Block B18

- Natural extension to the operational block 11.
- Several drillings were conducted. Au & Ag measured at 400 million US dollars in 2 location.
Iron, Manganese, Tungsten and industrial minerals. Cement plant FS is ready
Purely green field under progressive exploration

following resources identified so far:

  • Ayoub Mountain: Tungsten deposits of 2 million tons @ 0.11% Wo3.
  • Abu Samar: 0.6% Cu, 5% Zn, 70 g/t Ag and > 1.5 g/t Au.
  • Tagoteb: primarily Gossan rich in Au and Ag in the oxide zone and Cu, Au, Ag and Zn in the supergene and primary zones.
  • Kafasai: Gossan for more than 2 Km, amazing results of Au deposits @ 3 to 4 g/t were obtained.

Features

  • Gold mineralization associated with GOSSANS and Silica Baritic Rock (SBR) Supergene Enriched Deposits,the main orebodies are represented by this type:

         Hadal aouatib (29t), Hadayamet (12t), Hassai (7t), Oderuk (7t), Talaiderut (3.6t), Adassedakh (3t),             Baderuk (2.1t) Grade cyan Au>1.5g/t: 5 to 30g/t.

  • Gold bearing barite lenses without any underlying massive sulphide or overlying gossan. Ganite, Hamim
  • Quartz  veins In relation with syn to late tectonic intrusives,Kamoeb (13t), Tagwanap .
  • Polymetallic massive sulphides – 1 to 2 g/t Au.
  • Gold associated with carbonatized pyritiferous silicified sheard   zones eg. Derbikwan area.

Potentials

  • 87 tons of fine gold produced from only 8% of the area
  • Very rich North & South of B11 > 160 tons ( 5 million Toz) Au identified.
  • West part with Orogenic gold (~ 3-5 million Toz) under exploration.
  • B18 of similar structure has been covered by geophysics and some geochemistry. Drilling is ongoing.
  • Large VMS deposits beneath alternation zone (Cu, Au, Zn, Ag) in B11 & B18.
  • Nickle, Tungsten, Manganese, Iron and other base metals present in abundance.

Conssection Geology

  • Mixtures of metamorphic and intrusive or plutonic rocks, tracts known as crystalline, migmatite terrains, moderately to highly metamorphosed rock with or without intrusion.
  • Arabian-Nubian Shield comprises an assemblage of volcanic arc and sub-arc strata that are fertile for volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) and overlying oxide gold deposits.
  • 50 VMS deposits are known in the western part of the Red Sea, 20 of them are in Hassai area in Sudan.
  • Duredeb, Bisha, Asmara, Sukari are the major discovery among other 30.

Hassai South

A single lens some 1,400 m long and 5-20 m wide, dipping 60°S and extending to at least 550 m. Geophysical surveys indicate possible extensions to over 700 m. The upper, oxide portion has been mined as gold-bearing SBR ore, with supergene ore grading over 5% copper at the base of the pit.

Hadal Awatib

The largest of the known deposits, although apparently broken into multiple lenses at Hadal Awatib East, West and North, all of which have supported mining of gold ore from the oxide zone, for total production in excess of 1 Million oz. The total strike length exceeds 2,000 m, with widths of up to 100 meters. Depth extensions have been drill-tested to 400 m with geophysical signature down to at least 800 m. Dip is sub-vertical.

Hadayamet

The geological model is defi ned as an accumulation of multiple lenses globally orientated N070 and dipping 70°N. Overall dimensions of the deposit are 700 m of length, recognised in the sulphide zone up to 300 m in length, up to 130 metres of thickness with a vertical extension of 250 m.

Others

Other deposits such as Taladeirut, Adassedekh, Oderuk and Onur have undergone minimal drill testing at this stage, but interpretation of geophysical data suggests strike lengths of a few hundred metres, thicknesses of 15 to 40 m and good depth extent in all cases. Drilling has indicated supergene and primary sulphide mineralisation with a range of Cu/Zn ratios and generally minor gold in primary sulphides
